1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: Certain products such as personalized items or final sale products may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer support at info@svapncloth.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible if the product is available in stock.

Follow the same return process and specify that you want an exchange.

Any price difference (if applicable) will be adjusted during the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will provide a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
